Changes to Our Coaching Rewards System

Effective today, the following criteria will be used to recognize the contribution of coaches, coachees and branches.

These changes will enable us to recognize all coaches, coachees and branch teams that are active and consistently capturing their results in the Coaching App, regardless of the number of ratings or huddles they have in a period.

This will give the many coaches who only have one coachee the opportunity to compete for rewards and recognition.

What’s Changing?
All Coach awards will be based on a draw system.
The criteria to be eligible for each coach draw are:
• Being active within the period with ratings and huddles
• Activity is consistent, accurate and high quality (huddle notes)
• There is positive feedback from the coach’s supervisor and coachees

Does this Impact the Coaches Conference?
• Yes! We will draw ten Coaches who meet the above criteria to determine which coaches will attend the Coaches Conference.
• As we draw names, we will also take into consideration the distribution across all branches.
